How much sleep do you need?
Every person might need different amount of sleep. Depending on their lifestyle, some people may need less than 6 hours of sleep while the others required more than 9 hours each night. How much sleep you need is also a factor of your age. Medical researchers and practitioners advice that every person between 16 to 65 years of age should get 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night. As a general rule, you are getting the right amount of sleep in the morning if you are able to wake up without the need of an alarm clock feeling restful and refreshed.
